Compatibility and Important Considerations

• Router Compatibility: Designed to work with standard routers and compatible HomePlug AV/AV2 powerline adapters.
• Electrical Wiring: Both adapters must be able to communicate over compatible electrical wiring. Separate circuits or distribution panels may affect connectivity.
• Wired Only: The MP500 KIT does not provide Wi-Fi; it delivers network access through Gigabit Ethernet ports.
• Actual Performance: The advertised 1000 Mbps rate and 300-metre range are theoretical maximums, not guaranteed real-world results.
• Power Outlet Recommendation: Direct wall outlets are generally preferable to extension leads and surge protectors for powerline communication.
• Plug Type: Verify the supplied plug type and hardware version before installation in the UAE, as regional variants may differ.
