💳 Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure and convenient payment options at IT Splendid:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash upon delivery. Ensure the exact amount is available. COD is subject to location and order eligibility.

Card Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Make sure your card details are current and valid at checkout.

Tabby & Tamara: Buy now, pay later in easy, interest-free installments. Subject to approval and provider terms.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and account details. You also agree to update your contact, payment method, and card expiry details promptly.

All applicable taxes (per UAE law) and shipping charges must be paid in full. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method upon placing the order. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or transaction errors, even after payment.

We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion. This includes orders placed using the same account, card, or shipping address, especially if suspected to be made by resellers or distributors.

💸 Payment Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product in its original, undamaged condition. 

Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method. All returns must meet our return policy criteria to be eligible for a refund.

Card Refunds: May take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

Bank Transfers: Typically completed within 3 to 5 working days.

COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect the necessary bank details
