MERCUSYS MB118-4G Outdoor 4G LTE Router | N300 Wi-Fi 4 | 150 Mbps Cat 4 | Nano SIM | PoE | IP65 Weatherproof

The MERCUSYS MB118-4G Outdoor 4G LTE Router is designed to provide reliable internet connectivity in outdoor and indoor environments where fixed broadband may be unavailable, inconvenient, or expensive to install. With an integrated 4G LTE modem, simply insert an activated Nano SIM card to access mobile internet and share the connection with Wi-Fi devices. Supporting 4G LTE Cat 4 download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and N300 Wi-Fi 4 speeds of up to 300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band, the MB118-4G is suitable for outdoor Wi-Fi coverage in gardens, patios, cafés, sheds, small commercial spaces, and other locations requiring flexible internet access. Its IP65-rated enclosure provides protection against dust and water jets under specified conditions, making it suitable for supported outdoor installations. The router supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), including IEEE 802.3af/at and passive PoE, alongside DC power. This gives installers flexibility when positioning the router in a location with a stronger mobile signal. Pole, wall, and window mounting options further simplify deployment, while detachable external LTE antennas help support mobile network reception.

Compatibility and Important Considerations

• SIM Card: A compatible, activated Nano SIM card and an appropriate mobile data plan are required. The SIM card is sold separately.
• Mobile Network: Confirm that the router's supported LTE bands match your UAE mobile operator's network before purchasing. The official regional specification lists specific LTE bands, and compatibility can vary by hardware or regional version.
• Network Speed: The 150 Mbps LTE download rate and 300 Mbps Wi-Fi rate are theoretical maximums, not guaranteed internet speeds.
• Ethernet Port: The router has a 10/100 Mbps LAN/WAN port. It does not provide Gigabit Ethernet.
• Outdoor Protection: IP65 protection is not intended for submersion or high-pressure water exposure. Follow the installation guide and correctly secure the waterproof cover and cable entries.
• Power Supply: Use a supported IEEE 802.3af/at PoE source, compatible passive PoE arrangement, or the specified DC adapter. Check the power requirements before connecting third-party equipment.
• Device Capacity: Although up to 32 Wi-Fi devices are supported, the manufacturer recommends a limit of 16 clients for more practical performance.
